I watched the Key speech from founder of apple Steve Jobs and I though he really looked sick. Maybe he just lost a lot of weight from stress ( i hope that is it) I never knew he was already had cancer(Jobs was diagnosed with a form of pancreatic cancer in 2003). I hope this is not the case with Steve Jobs.
